- Une formation modulaire, avant-gardiste, laquelle responsabilise et motive les apprenants, en répondant ponctuellement à un besoin pressant. Celui-ci a été clairement manifesté par des diplomates avisés et conscients de la nécessité d'intégrer la migration spatiale dans le champ de compétences diplomatiques, désormais indispensables aux stratèges politiques, économiques et militaires, à l'ère de la transition interstellaire. Au même titre, les aspirants à ces postes et fonctions sont encouragés à se prémunir de cet atout inestimable à l'avancement de leur carrière: Quel nouveau code d'accès immédiat,à la diplomatie de demain?
- Ce programme de formation est composé de modules individuels qui peuvent être autonomes ou assemblés en divers cours. Certains modules seront disponibles en ligne, alors que les séminaires et les études de cas pratiques, portant sur des sujets sensibles, seront traités uniquement en présentiel, au respect stricte des règles d'habilitation régissant la matière.
- Le montage complet du programme sera annexé à une convention cadre établie entre les institutions partenaires: offrant ainsi le premier code d'accès aux opportunités inédites, en maîtrisant parallèlement les enjeux majeurs de la migration spatiale/interstellaire®.
The Centre
- The Space Migration Diplomacy Centre derives its foundation from the order of knowing which is present in the body of knowledge, dedicated to five stages of human's interplanetary endeavor into celestial bodies: an enduring, scientifically documented quest for the survival of Homo sapiens beyond Earth's capillary boundaries. From astronomy to interplanetary human migration, the stages include:
- Stage I: Anthropology of spaceborne migration;
- Stage II: Exploration of space, outer-space, and interplanetary systems;
- Stage III: Space tourism and covert, anxious search for signs of life, notably water, in celestial bodies;
- Stage IV: Space migration and interplanetary living;
- Stage V: Interstellar migration.

Proposed Curriculum & Instruction
- The Centre proposes a graduate-level coursework composed of eight (8) academic units and two research components (e.g., case studies and applied research activities). Two instructors will be assigned to each unit. All faculty members will hold doctorate degrees (e.g., Ph.D.) with a minimum of 10 years of experience, in addition to HDR status for lead lecturers, according to EU and international standards: hence, facilitating the accreditation process.

Core Research Components:
- Research Component I (4-8 units): Generate white papers for registered UN member States @ [Think Tank (UPAF-LaïT)]: UniQ^ modeling of nation-specific and on-demand private sector space migration strategies.
- Research Component II (4-8 units): Building and Maintaining an "East-West Neutral" high tech hub { e.g., Advitæ Inc.@ [Lab (UPAF-LaïT]}.
INSTRUCTION:
- Most academic institutions traditionally offer master's programs of varying lengths: 32 units, 24 units, or 16 units. In this program, the number of units, nonetheless, reflects the coursework load needed to satisfy the program's requirements, according to EU, and international academic standards for higher education. As such, courses are 2 units each.
- The 32-unit program includes foundation courses, and depending on previous qualifications and/or experience, a candidate may be better suited to a 24 unit or 16 unit program.
- One must pay careful attention to entry requirements.
- Articulation pathways are offered to prospective students, for graduate certificates, graduate diplomas, as well as master's degrees.
GRADUATION:
- a certificate is the equivalent of one semester of full-time study;
- a graduate diploma is the equivalent of one year of full-time study;
- a master's degree may take between one year and 2 years of full-time study and will include a research component, to facilitate a smooth transition into higher degree programs (e.g., Ph.D., LLD).
